Terms of membership
Type of Membership: I understand I am hereby applying for Membership at the Club. I understand that this membership permits the member, co-applicant, and dependents under age 26 to use certain facilities of the Club, consistent with my membership type.

Dues for the current year are posted on the annual rate and fees document. The amount of dues, fees and other Club charges may be changed by the club at any time.

Violation of Club Rules: Any member who violates Club Rules may be censured, suspended, or terminated in a manner consistent with the Club Bylaws, as may be amended from time to time.

Liability WaiverThe undersigned understands that North Oaks Golf Club is a private club, and that membership is subject to approval and payment of the required membership initiation and I hereby acknowledge that the use of the Club Facilities and any privilege or service incident to membership subjects me, my spouse, my dependents, and my guests to the risk of possible injury. I hereby accept this risk on behalf of myself, my spouse, my dependents, and my guests. Furthermore, as a condition of my membership and my use of the Club Facilities, I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the Club, its officers, directors, managers, employees, and agents on account of personal or psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, temporary or permanent disability, death, property damage, or financial loss arising out of or attributable to the use of the Club Facilities by me, my spouse, my dependents, and my guests, regardless of how such claim arises, including the ordinary negligence of the Club or any entity or person.

Suspension for Non paymentEach month there shall be sent to each Member one or more statements of indebtedness to the Club, including prescribed dues, club charges, assessments, transfer, or other fees, then accrued and due. If such indebtedness is not paid within thirty (30) days after such statement has been mailed, a reminder notice shall be sent to the Member specifying the amount of the indebtedness. If such indebtedness is not paid within fifteen (15) days after the mailing of such notice, the Members Club privileges including any right to vote shall be automatically suspended, until such indebtedness and dues, assessments, and fees subsequently accruing shall be paid.

Photo ReleasEFrom time to time, the Club uses photographs of participants in activities, events, and amenities in our promotional material. By virtue of your attendance and your family/guest attendance and participation in North Oaks Golf Club you agree to the usage of your likeness in materials such as print material, electronic, pictures, video, audio, website, social media, or other electronic media. If you do not consent to Club use of such photographs and recordings with your likeness, you will need to notify the Club via email promotion@northoaksgolfclub.com

Approval for Membership
Membership is contingent upon approval by the Board of Directors, in its sole discretion.

A 30-day written notification is required to resign membership. Initiation fees are non-refundable at time of resignation.
